Elazığ'da hırsızlık şüphelisi 1 şahıs tutuklandı

Elazığ’da bir evde meydana gelen hırsızlık olayı ile ilgili adliyeye sevk edilen şüphelilerden 1’i tutuklandı,2 ’si adli kontrol şartı ile serbest kaldı.

Edinilen bilgiye göre, Elazığ’da bir evde hırsızlık meydana geldi. Hırsızlık olayı ev sakinlerinin eve gelmesiyle fark edilerek durum polise bildirildi. Bunun üzerine İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü Asayiş Şubesi Hırsızlık Büro Amirliği ekipleri çalışma yaptı. Parmak izinden, çevredeki güvenlik kameralarına kadar tek tek inceleme yapan ekipler, şüphelilerin çeşitli suçlardan çok sayıda kaydı olan A.A.,E.D. ve S.D. olduğunu belirledi. 2 araçla olay yerine geldiği tespit edilen şüphelilerin evden televizyon, tost makinesi, çaydanlık, kombi, su cihazı, ısıtıcı ve fırın gibi çok sayıda malzeme çaldıkları öğrenildi.

Adresleri tespit edilen şüpheliler eş zamanlı operasyonla gözaltına alındı. Gözaltına alınan şüphelilerden A.A.’nın 48, E.D.’nin 16 ve S.D.’nin 11 suç kaydı olduğu ortaya çıktı. Çalınan malzemelerin bir kısmı şüphelilerin evinde, bir kısmı ise sattıkları yerlerde bulunarak sahiplerine teslim edildi.

Emniyette ifadesi alınan 3 şüpheli "Nitelikli Hırsızlık" suçundan adliyeye sevk edildi. Mahkemeye çıkartılan şüphelilerden A.A. tutuklandı, diğer 2 şüpheli ise tutuksuz yargılanmak üzere adli kontrol şartı ile serbest kaldı.

According to the information obtained, a theft occurred in a house in Elazig. The theft was noticed when residents came home and the situation was reported to the police. Thereupon, the teams of the Theft Bureau Chief of the Public Security Branch of the Provincial Security Directorate worked. The teams investigating one by one from fingerprints to the surrounding security cameras, A.A., E.D., who have many records of the suspects from various crimes. and S.D. determined that. It was learned that the suspects, who arrived at the scene with 2 vehicles, stole many materials such as television, toaster, teapot, boiler, water device, heater and oven. The suspects whose addresses were identified were detained with a simultaneous operation. It was revealed that among the suspects detained, A.A. had 48 criminal records, E.D. had 16 and S.D. had 11 criminal records. Some of the stolen materials were found in the houses of the suspects, and some were found in the places where they were sold and delivered to their owners. 3 suspects, whose testimony was taken at the police station, were transferred to the courthouse on the charge of "Qualified Theft".
