Elazığ’da Koronavirüs (Covid-19) tedbirlerini ihlal ederek restoranın camlarını kalın perdelerle kapatıp, içkili eğlence yapanlar jandarma baskını ile yakalandı. Restoranda yakalanan 21 kişiye 93 bin 700 TL ceza kesildi.
Alınan bilgiye göre, İl Jandarma Komutanlığına bağlı ekipler, Sivrice ilçesindeki bir restoranın camlarının kalın perdelerle kapatıldığını, içeride müşterilere alkol servisi yapıldığı bilgisine ulaştı. Bunun üzerine restorana baskın yapan ekipler, içeride müzikli, içkili masalarda eğlenen 8’i kadın 21 kişiyi tespit etti. Covid-19 tedbirleri kapsamında "Umumi Hıfzıssıhha Kanunu’na muhalefet"ten haklarında işlem yapılan kişilere toplam 93 bin 700 lira ceza kesildi.
Öte yandan, işletme ile ilgili Covid-19 kurallarına uymamak ve ruhsatta belirtilen faaliyet konusu (İçkili İstirahat ve Eğlence Yeri) dışında faaliyet göstermesi ile ilgili de işlem yapıldığı öğrenildi.
